How to make consignments:

  1. Photo Evaluation

  2. Sign Contracts with Consigners
    • We will appraise the artworks that are going to be auctioned and estimate other costs which will be incurred. Then we will sign contracts with the consignor and store the artwork into the warehouse.

  3. Marketing and Promotion
    • In addition to producing professional catalogues, we will also carry out various promotional activities, including promotion and publicity on official website, WeChat account, Weibo and other social media. What's more, advertisements will be published in various professional art magazines and newspapers around the world, depending on the promotion strategy.

  4. Previews
    • Previews are open to public before the auction. Important artworks may also be previewed and displayed in our travelling previews.

  5. Auction
    • On auction day, on-site clients and those who participated in absentee bid and telephone bid join bidding simultaneously.

  6. Settlement / Return
    • After 35 working days of the auction day, we will process the payment and transfer the calculated amount to the bank account provided by you. If any lot remains unsold, we would return the lot to you.

After the auction, the consigner must pay commissions to the company as listed below.

Catalogue Printing Fee Subject to the size of the layout
